Hi friends! Happy Friday! How are you? I hope you’ve had a wonderful week! We’re here in Sevilla and have some fun plans for the weekend. I’ve also been able to join in a session with a community chorus (loved it so much), taken Spanish lessons with a lovely tutor, went to the Flamenco museum and Museum of Illusions, shopped til we dropped (mostly for chocolate and earrings), and on Monday, we saw an epic flamenco show at Las Setas.

An amazing *everything* dress. Dress it up with heeled sandals, dress it down with sneakers or flats, and they have a ton of prints, colors, fabrics, and it’s super flattering.

These compression socks. If you have long drives or flights coming up, these are a must-have. Sad story: I couldn’t find mine before our flight to Barcelona so I grabbed some cheap ones on Amazon with same-day delivery. They were HORRIBLE. They made my legs so hot and uncomfortable. Never again lol.
This girlfriend tank top. I got this before our trip and have worn it so many times. It’s light and breezy and super inexpensive.
This candle. It made me lol when I added it to the Mother’s Day gift guide but would honestly make a fun gift for any occasion.
This spray. It’s a bestseller every month because it works SO well. I spray all of our shoes with this and it makes them stay white and last so much longer. I’ve also used it to spray the kids’ backpacks.
These pill dispensers. It makes it so much easier to travel with multiple supplements and not taking a bunch of bottles with you.
Canopy travel humidifier. I tried to be really strategic with the *extras* I brought on this trip and this absolutely made the cut. My skin and eyes are so much happier when I use a Canopy humidifier! (I also reallyyyyy miss my filtered showerhead.) You can use the code FITNESSISTA here.
My go-to pour over coffee maker. It’s glass and stainless steel, and perfect with Danger Coffee. 🙂

I’m reading this right now and while I adore the author (Nora Goes Off Script is one of my fave beach reads), this one is a SLOG. I’m so close to the end that I can’t DNF, but I’m ready for it to be over. Any beach-y light reads you’re loving this year?
Watched this sweet movie and it was like a Hallmark treat.
Took the crew to see Lilo y Stitch (this one was in English with Spanish subtitles) and it was even better the second time.
