❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
We love a good quiche and this recipe is a great combination of delicious ham and apples. They sweetness of the apples with the cheese and ham is great! It’s a unique combination but it works and it’s a wonderful way to use up leftover ham after a holiday. Perfect after Easter or Christmas!
SWAPS
People always ask what type of ham we like best and we eat Kentucky Legend Ham. Being from Kentucky it is super easy to find and it has a great flavor. It comes in brown sugar, hickory, etc. If you are not a fan of onions you can simply leave them out. Also we peeled the apples but we have made it without peeling them. I think you could easily switch out the sour cream for full fat greek yogurt.
HOMEMADE OR STORE BOUGHT PIE CRUST?
We made the crust in this recipe, but we have used a store bought crust many times. We prefer the Pillsbury ones that you roll out. They seem to work best and have good taste.

⭐TIP
We like this quiche served with a little sour cream. It also reheats fine for the next day.
